Why did you choose Articulate 360?
Nicole Legault: The reason I chose Articulate 360 is because it's an industry leading authoring tool that has tons of online documentation and a helpful community that I can reach out to if I have questions or get stuck at any time.
What do you like about Rise 360?
Nicole Legault: The main thing that I like about Rise 360 is how quick and easy it is to use and how beautiful the courses look, as well as being responsive and working on any device.
What makes Articulate 360 different from other products?
Jodi Sansone: illustrator to beyond to murph up, I'll put 360 in the category of all kinds of learning technologies. What I like the best obviously is the community and the support that I get whenever I have a question or whenever I want to know how to do something. If I'm stumped, I know that there's somebody out there who I can reach out to, whether it's somebody on the staff at Articulate or whether it's somebody in the learning community, I never feel alone and that's a big deal for me because I work alone. I sit in my office all day all by myself and I don't have a help desk, I don't have colleagues sitting on the other side of a cube. So when I get stuck, I know that there's so many people out there who are generous with their time and can answer my question that it really seals the deal for me in terms of using it
