Tell us about your diagnosis
Donna: I was diagnosed in 2021 with COPD by the Best Care educators. I had gone to see my family doctor who referred me right away here and I was able to get the diagnosis.
How has your life changed since your diagnosis?
Donna: I pay attention to my health more. When I start getting, feel I'm getting a cold. I take the pres, the precautions I should be taken and get the medication I need at that time. Use my rescue inhaler more and just pay attention to things.
How has Best Care impacted your life?
Donna: Best care has had a positive impact on my life. I have the necessary medicine and I have my rescue inhalers and they, I get information every time I have a visit to help me through this diagnosis.
Do you have a message for others about the Best Care program?
Donna: The best care program is a great program. I recommend it to anybody. In fact, my husband and son come here for respiratory problems and you get a great care here.
