Tell us a little bit about yourself

Brian : Ok. My name is Brian. Birthday is, oh, I'm 63. I used to be Autoglass installer for about 25 years. My family, we've all had issues with our breathing. My interests are pretty much everything of sports. I'm kind of happy I can do my sports now. I'm very happy I can do what I can do now. Um, do you wanna go into

Tell us about your diagnosis

Brian : Ok. When I was a kid I knew I had a problem with asthma. I didn't deal with it until just shortly. I was diagnosed with COPD probably about 20 years ago. I've had people at different places trying to help me out but it just seemed like they were trying to, keep it at a normal level. Like I just didn't seem like I had any help until I got here, um, in the

Brian : Um, I was kinda happy that I came to this place and another doctor recommended who I'm seeing now, which is probably the best thing that's ever happened to me. Um, we stop

How has your life changed since your diagnosis?

Brian : Ok, how my life has changed since I've been diagnosed. Well, kind of freaked me out when I got first diagnosed about it. But, since I've had proper care, proper, inhalers, my life has changed. I can't believe how much of the stages of I'm doing way better than I was before. I could barely walk two blocks without stopping 3, 2 times. But now, I feel normal. That's, that's a good thing to do. That's a good thing to be.

How has Best Care impacted your life?

Brian : Ok with my age at 63 I've always, in the last 10 years, I've, I've tried to make myself feel younger, feel better than my age. I was having such an issue with my breathing, but now I kind of can see I can start setting better goals. Like I wanna really be in good shape. This is, this is a big step for me to get my breathing in control. All right, first up and we'll go from there, let's see in another year. What happens? Ok.

Do you have a message for others about the Best Care program?

Brian : Since I've been feeling a lot better, I've kind of known where to lead people with people with COPD or having problems with asthma. It's very hard to get people to try something new. If I can get somebody to, to get proper care because I can see where they are now is where I was before. And the way I am now, the way I feel with my breathing, I just wish I could just help other people out to bring them to a place where it will help them. Other doctors. I, other than recommending this place where, where I am now, I don't know what else I could say.
