What is your name and the name of your Arete partner school?
Pamela M. Rogers: Hi. I am Pamela Rogers, the president of Saint Mary's Academy.
How has Arete Scholars impacted your school?
Pamela M. Rogers: control of their children's education. The Arete Scholars program has allowed us as a school to enroll many quality students; students who under normal circumstances would not have been given the chance to attend a school like Saint Mary's Academy. These students, some of them have already graduated from Saint Mary's. They are currently attending college and preparing to move out and make a difference in the world.
What would you like to share with supporters of Arete Scholars?
Pamela M. Rogers: I would like to share with Arete Scholars that support of Arete really is a tremendous investment in the young people in our community. Students who would not normally have an opportunity to choose their school now have that opportunity. And it certainly is making a difference in their lives and will overall change the community because we will have more productive and successful students because of Arete Scholars. So on behalf of Saint Mary's Academy, as well as the students and our families here, we thank those who currently support Arete, and ask for the continued support of the Arete Scholars program.
