Charles Aeh: Though I'm relatively new to the security industry, this is my third year at ISC West. Each year I learn more. I take home more and I make friends in the industry.
What are you most excited about at ISC West this year?
Charles Aeh: What I'm most excited to see this year at ISC West is the impact that cloud is having on our entire industry. The impact of cloud can now be understated and the impact that Arcules is going to have on cloud in security for our industry is amazing.
What is included in your ISC West survivor kit?
Charles Aeh: Great question. What is in my ISC survivor kit, without a doubt, tennis shoes. Very comfortable shoes. Without those, your day will be miserable. So, they also have to be trendy too. I don't want tennis shoes that are not trendy. Hm. I have some work to get done between now and then.
How can attendees make the most out of ISC West this year?
Charles Aeh: How can attendees make the most out of ISC West? Well, curiosity. I say, ask as many questions as possible, visit and meet as many people as possible. Come on into the booth. Don't stand outside the booth. Say hello to us, say hello to your fellow colleagues in the industry, learn a little bit, laugh a little bit and then of course, talk about it at the end of the day over cocktails.
What is one word you would use to describe ISCW?
Charles Aeh: Electrifying.
Why should people attend ISC West?
Charles Aeh: People in our industry should attend ISC West to learn more about the industry, to make friends, to understand what new technology is around the corner and the impact that technology is going to have on their job and on their company.
