Speaker: Ashley Means, Marketing Associate, Arcules
Ashley Means: My name is Ashley Means. I'm on the marketing team here at Arcules and this will be my second West that I have planned and coordinated for the team.
What are you most excited about at ISC West this year?
Ashley Means: I am most excited about Arcules being a part of five different educational sessions. This year, our subject matter experts are going to discuss really engaging topics like AI, decision intelligence, and the customer experience. So I am so excited for those panel sessions.
What is included in your ISC West survivor kit?
Ashley Means: The most essential item in my ISC West survival kit are comfortable shoes. You're on your feet for hours a day, working the booth, walking the show floor. So those are so essential. Also, I would add chapstick and hand sanitizer.
How can attendees make the most out of ISC West this year?
Ashley Means: Attendees can make the most out of ISC West by attending many of the SIA networking programs that are available. There are going to be some for the Women in Security Forum and then also for the RISE program for young professionals in the security industry. Also, I would recommend attending SIA educational panel sessions if you have the time.
What is one word you would use to describe ISCW?
Ashley Means: Exciting.
Why should people attend ISC West?
Ashley Means: People should attend ISC West because it's the first major security event of the year and it's also the only event that unites the entire security channel. So it's a pretty big deal.
