Kevin Estevez: Hey, I'm Kevin Estevez. I'm a frontend engineer from Arcules working in the Phoenix team. I've got about six years of experience developing the website and more recently oriented to the video streaming technologies like webRTC and WebSocket as well.
What is unique about Arcules?
Kevin Estevez: I would say that Arcules uniqueness, is the culture and the treatment that everyone has to the employees. That encourages us to learn more and grow in our career path. And also don't be ashamed by asking questions in order to learn because that's part of the core values of Arcules. It's part of that vulnerability value and it's pretty cool to not be ashamed by asking questions as well.
What about Arcules' culture really resonates with you?
Kevin Estevez: Yeah Arcules culture is really great because it empowers us to build better product and also to share the knowledge across the team. It's pretty awesome that the culture itself encouraged us to be ourselves and also to help each other to solve different problems, that's pretty cool. And also allow us to have a really life balance work time.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give a new hire or candidates wanting to be part of Arcules?
Kevin Estevez: For all new ones and new hires and the new ones that are trying to enter the Arcules culture, don't be ashamed, just be yourself and you'll get the best. You know, Arcules is a company full of diverse people and they are all great on their own.
What has fueled your passion since being at Arcules?
Kevin Estevez: My passion, creativity and energy is fuel by being given the opportunity to build a better product every day. And also the energy I got from the team, from my teammates to be trusted on building these new features or being in charge of a bigger migration on the whole platform to provide this better product for the customers experience. That's what's fueled my passion and my creativity on top.
