Employee appreciation day

How have Arcules employees impressed you recently?

Andreas Pettersson: People that lead by example. And I'm not talking just about people that have other Arcules people reporting to them. I'm talking about people that show up positive with a can do attitude, a sense of urgency, always collaborative. They are not being political, they're just there to figure out how do we win and how do I support others? Many of you have actually showcased this in the last few months and that really impresses me.

Steve Prodger: What stands out most to me is how everybody takes things on like an owner. We are talking about what we want to achieve and how we want to go achieve it. And I see a lot of people just digging right in and taking ownership of it. And I think that's fantastic.

Steve Shaw: I think that collaborating across departments and letting people know what our goals and what our objectives are is creating this, kind of mutual acceleration. And I think the the rate of delivery of all our goals across the company have been increasing. So, you know, I just want to say, really appreciate the efforts and starting to

What makes our employee culture so BAD ASS!

Jeff Kunzelman: So, one of the things that makes us bad ass that Google called out a few years ago is we get a ton done with very little. We're a very small team. We get a lot done with that team. Google actually said we hit way above our weight class and that is a hell of a compliment coming from an organization like Google who works with start ups and big companies, a little company all day long and for them to call out we're hitting way above our weight class. And by that, they mean small team at scale, lots of data. Moving fast. That is a hell of a compliment. So kudos to everybody for continuing with that modality.
