Hello. This is Jen Hawkins with Compass and I think we all know that was most important when we are doing a transaction is that people trust us and that they can relate to us and we can build relationships and that is why I love working with Julie and her team because I know that I can trust them and I know that therefore my clients are going to have a wonderful experience a lot of times. The loan part I feel is the most stressful part of the entire escrow and so knowing that Julie and her team are on it. I mean from the second they, I connect them it is go time. Julie always knows the latest of every single program, every opportunity from regular standard loans to your bank statement loans to your ARMs. and she makes it fun which is also great because we have, we have so much stress in our lives and deal with a million different personalities and agents and to make the process smooth, fun, and also know that she's always on top of it.
