Who are you, what is your occupation, how many years have you been doing it, and why did you get into your career?
Xander Yarberough: Hey y'all, this is coach Xander Yarborough. I'm currently the defensive coordinator and assistant basketball coach over here at John Jay High School in San Antonio. I've been doing, I'm going into my 5th year teaching and coaching, and I got into this career because after I was done playing, I wanted to change the lives of young men.
Before working with us, what did you know (or not know) about your pension, retirement, and insurance benefits?
Xander Yarberough: Before working with y'all, I didn't know anything about retirement benefits, nothing.
What changed since meeting with us, and how did we help you feel more confident about your financial future?
Xander Yarberough: After working with Coach JJ or Louis James, it's his proper name, I did learn a little bit more as far as building my future for my family, as far as investing, 403B Ross, and just kind of building for the future.

Xander Yarberough: I would definitely recommend some, somebody to get an agent slash advisor like mine is Louis James, because you truly build for your future and you sometimes you just don't know what you can invest in and how you can build for your family and your future.
