Who are you, what is your occupation, how many years have you been doing it, and why did you get into your career? (60 seconds max)
Terronne Freiberg: Hello, uh, my name is Tan Freberg. I am a um. Nurse manager, retired nurse manager, nurse practitioner. I worked in the field for over 40 years, 35 of which were spent here in South Florida, managing um probably one of the busiest psychiatric emergency rooms in the Southeastern United States. Uh, I went into the field because of the excitement of being in an ER setting, particularly in psychiatry. Uh, because it, you just don't know what's going to happen and what to expect on a nightly basis, uh, sort of like going to a wild party, uh, except you just didn't know who the guests were going to be.
Before working with us, what did you know (or not know) about your pension, retirement, and insurance benefits? (60 seconds max)
Terronne Freiberg: Moore? Well, what I knew was that I was a part of the Florida retirement system. Um, I did attend the exit debriefing orientations given by my employer, uh, where we were given options to carry with us, um, several policies that regarded our health care plans, but I knew very little about what to do with the money that had been in the drop program. And how to invest it and where to invest it, and then along came uh Susan, um, during this time period, as you may very well know, we're all being bombarded with just lots of information and there is quite a bit of noise. Well, your financial advisor Susan Creekmore came in and she just sort of quieted all of that down and worked very patiently with me and she was very caring and which I truly appreciate. And uh took me by the hand and guided me through my journey and so here I am two years later, um, not worrying about retirement, uh, investments.
What changed since meeting with us, and how did we help you feel more confident about your financial future? (60 seconds max)
Terronne Freiberg: What has changed since meeting with you guys? I'm playing a lot more tennis and pursuing things that I have interest in like acting and making a few movies here and there. In terms of my financial future, I feel very confident your financial adviser Susan Creek Moore is constantly updating me and rearranging funds in a way that benefits me, and I feel like I'm in the right place and in the right hands and with the right company and. That pays attention to detail, very meticulous, so something that I can appreciate.

Terronne Freiberg: Well, at the risk of sounding redundant, and I really can't say it enough, is that I really truly appreciate my financial advisor Susan Creek Moore, who has had a very positive impact on my journey to retirement as well as my journey in retirement, and we are in contact with each other, um, on a regular basis, I would say. And I feel that if there was anybody out there that needed someone who was patient, someone who was meticulous and professional and actually cares, uh, she would be the one that I would certainly steer them to.
