In sport, as in recruitment, the scoreboard does not lie. You either win or you lose, you either fill the job or you don't fill the job. You either win the game or you don't win the game. You either win the World Cup or you don't win the World Cup. So, it's very binary like that. So, I think there's a lot that we can learn from sport and some of the best books that I've read and gained the most from are books that are based on successful sporting cultures. And there are a couple that I like that. Legacy by James Kerr is a book that if anyone's interested in high performance teams, James Kerr talks about the All Blacks' culture and about what they've done to ensure a high performing culture.
