Starting a new office in Sydney when you've only got 8 people in Melbourne. And if you've got space to add 4 more people in Melbourne, why wouldn't you add 4 more people in Melbourne first? Rather than taking office space in Sydney and hiring people that you're gonna have to fly up and see. And to that point, help the owner think not just about, oh, it'd be great to be in Sydney cos I've got Sydney based clients. Yo say to the owner. So, if you're my owner and go: "Ok, Brendan. So, are you prepared to spend 1 to 2 nights away from your family every week or every other week for the next year? Like, and if you're ok, what about your family? Have you spoken to them?" "Oh, I hadn't really thought about that." "Ok." Well, you know, because opportunity cost is a big thing in being a recruitment agency owner. There are many things that you could do, but what's the opportunity cost of that? And not just in a business sense, but in a personal sense as well.
