It's helping the owner think whatever tech or frankly whatever it is, how do you think this could help your business strengthen an existing advantage? Because as was said at the conference, tech should help you from a foundational point of view, but the real strength and leverage will always be the human relationships of recruiters. So, the tech should be helping recruiters by giving them more time to spend in conversations, meetings with candidates and clients. And if it's not doing that, then I'd question really what value it's adding?
