Being coachable, like you've gotta take feedback, you've gotta be someone who's willing to invest in your own development, to listen to hard messages from maybe your boss, candidates and clients, colleagues about getting better resilience. Obviously, it's a very challenging industry where some days are great and other days are not. And you've got to be able to manage your emotions and just dust yourself off and not spiral down and not drag other people with you. And the final element is really that team element. Like you've gotta be a team player, particularly on temp and contract. For perm you can probably get away with having the lone wolf type personality there. But for temp or contract where you can take and lose a job very quickly. That team element is absolutely critical.
