Harry Chambers, Darren Cottrell: I think it's key just to implement firstly an ATS.

Harry Chambers, Darren Cottrell: An applicant tracking system. Yeah A CRM, some people call it. Most of our clients go with JobAdder, but you've got Bullhorn, Vincere, a lot of products in the market. But clearly, you want a front-end system, and you want a back-end system. Yep. And then if you can, you wanna outsource if you haven't got the people to run your payroll or run your contractor management side of things. So, really your front of office, back-office. So, front-end you've got your ATS, your CRM. So likeJobAdder, Loxo, Bullhorn, things like that. I think we see a lot that try Excel spreadsheets that never goes well, never works well. It's not scalable. I think it's clear that people that try and save at the front. So, when they're first set-up, they try and save money is they don't really succeed. So, investment starts with the foundation. You really wanna invest in your foundation systems.

Harry Chambers, Darren Cottrell: And when you say back-end, are we talking like accounting systems, like Xero? So, 90% of our clients use Xero. Yeah, so you definitely want an accounting package. So, MYOB, Xero, pretty good products to use. Yeah, perfect. And then we, we sort of sit in the middle.

Harry Chambers, Darren Cottrell: If you're looking to do contract then yeah, you wanna outsource whether it's us or anyone else, but you've go to make sure you've got an integration going.

Harry Chambers, Darren Cottrell: And then purely you're putting your placement details in once, you've got someone onboarding, got someone managing the timesheets, someone compliantly managing your payroll and and then invoicing. Yeah, brilliant.
