Nic Cox: But, I was just gonna do perm because I realised with temp or with freelance in the advertising and production world, you need a labour hire license and it can be very reactive. So I was like, oh, maybe I'll just purely focus on perm, but Ross, having worked in temp desks his entire life along with advice from a few other people, they just said, I mean, the big one was if the economy kind of bottoms out, you need to have that to sustain the business, but also to have a business that you maybe want to scale in the future or sell in the future. You need to have that kind of database or that network of freelancers and temps to make it substantial. Otherwise, you've just got, I mean, you've really got nothing.
