Nic Cox: With any business the first thing I think anyone should do really. Which I'm sure is taught in business school, I've ever been. Having a business plan. So working with again, as many kind of mentors and individuals as you can. To help kind of pull that together and then have that almost as a bible to kind of refer back to. Particularly when you're setting up the business however long that does take. But, to have something to refer back to, to make sure that everything is. Well, that you're not going off track essentially and that everything is kind of consistent and in line with what you've kind of planned initially. The other big thing which is a really obvious one, but just having a document, like a work in progress WIP document. And I'm someone that can jump around far too much and get far too distracted. And so when I set this up, I just decided when I pulled the kind of WIP document together with the priorities for each day, each week, each month. That every single night from when I decided to kind of start this, I would plan my next day and kind of just stick to that.
