Greg Savage: If you're going to build a business of 50 people or even 15 people. 15 people is what I call 'The Valley of Death'. Most recruitment companies who are trying to grow, get to 15 and then they cascade back to 8. They do that 12 times and they can't do it, because the leader or leaders are good recruiters potentially, but they're not good leaders. And one of the biggest mistakes they make is they hold on to their billing. And if you're gonna build a substantial business, somebody has to do the leading and you need to pass on the billing. And the biggest mistake I see with owners is that they want to remain big billers. And as soon as you do that, it just puts a ceiling on growth. So, what you really want to do is hire people around you who are bigger billers than you. And I promise you a lot of owners, somewhere deep in their psyche don't like that. They like being top of the leaderboard.
