Greg Savage: You can't fill a temp job unless you've got a candidate. And by the way, if you go out and market temp and you start getting temp jobs and then you try and recruit the candidates, you're gonna be late and never fill a job because temp jobs get filled immeasurably quicker than permanent jobs obviously. And in fact, a good temp recruiter will fill it on the phone in the call. Sometimes, the original job call for junior work. Absolutely. Because, we've got a pool of people and we're speaking to them all the time and we know it and remember that the availability of a temp candidate is immeasurably more dynamic than the availability of a perm candidate. A perm candidate is possibly in a job, likely in a job and they're gonna stay in that job until you get them a new one or somebody else does. Whereas, a temp candidate could be available at 5 past 9 and literally working somewhere else at quarter to 11.
