Greg Savage: You must have dedicated temporary consultants. Don't even bother. And I hear people say to me: "Oh Greg, that's not true. I've got 10 perm recruiters and they've all got 2 or 3 temps. So I've got 30 temps." And I'm like "Yes, if you had dedicated temp recruiters you'd have 300 temps." People in your business have got to wake up dreaming and worrying about temp. Don't ask a perm recruiter to dabble in temp. I know it. You might think it hedges your bets, but, actually all it does is distract the perm recruiter from doing what he or she should be doing.
