Greg Savage: This whole conversation around AI and it's always a binary conversation with people. AI is gonna destroy recruitment or it's not. It's the wrong question. It's not gonna destroy recruitment. The question you gotta ask is what parts of the recruiting function is better done via automation and AI. That's the smart question. And there is a lot, but that leaves you with the other part which needs to be done by people. And in answer to this question, exactly the same sorts of thinking. Which part is better done by a lower cost-efficient, outsourced partner and which part needs to be very human with highly skilled people.
