Rob's so old school. He literally had an office phone desk at our last agency together until like the last year. He hates technology. It's an enabler, but we are very much about, you know, bringing it back to that personal touch. Technology is an amazing enabler. But it's also, we're kind of losing that human component where, you know, recruitment is, you know, it can be a very emotional time. You know, as a recruiter. Oh definitely. But even as a candidate. So we want to really bring it back to that personal touch and just be ourselves. So, we love technology, but we actually kind of, we're trying to get in front of people. Pick up the phone. Finding that balance, right? That's the key. You use it to help you with time and what not. But, you know, like, I mean, I'm in my forties now, but I remember going to travel agents and saying: "I don't know where to go on holiday" And these people in Lunn Poly or Thomas Cook would be like: "Well Darling, why don't you try here? Have you thought of this and that", "No, I haven't." And they've sold me the dream and it was probably not the best holiday but, the whole excitement of having that human interaction, and that's what we get from what we do.
