So the biggest things are that you're going to have to start again if you want to do things properly and you want to keep your connections that you've made in your good relationships. And I've always prided myself on every single one of my peers, my bosses have been amazing and I think you know, going out and starting again from scratch is really daunting. Especially when people keep, sort of, all you can see is eight weeks till Christmas. And you're like, ah, we just launched a business and we need to close now. We need a receptionist. But that, aside, I think what it really teaches you is to go back to basics. And, yes, a lot of people do recruitment because if you do it well, it can be lucrative down the track. Let's not sugarcoat the fact that we run a business and people pay us a lot of money to eliminate that out of their time of day or whatever. But, I think the biggest thing was, going back to basics having to make new connections, putting yourself out there and being quite vulnerable was a big challenge.
