So perm for me is like matchmaking, right? So, you do a nice, a good match and they hold hands, walk off into the sunset and live happily ever after. And it's kind of like the client, it's their responsibility for their happiness, right? When you're a temp recruiter, what they actually do is they run a mobile and remote workforce. So for me, it's like the service is after you place the temp. Whereas for perm, the service is maybe before you make the placement. Does that make sense? So, the skills are actually quite different because, you know, perm recruiter, they're doing matchmaking, right? For the temp, I mean, you have to run the workforce, you have to negotiate with clients. Like, it's completely different.
