We're always aiming for a 50/50 temp to perm split. Temp is amazing. Yeah, it's an amazing infrastructure continuation. That's the value of the business. It's a big moat where if somebody leaves, there's a big continuation so you can drop somebody into that temp base. Very difficult to scale a company without a temp base. And then that 50% allows us enough profit margin or pushes our profit margin high enough to continue our growth. So obviously, yes, if we decide in the future to slow down growth a bit, we might tailor that split and get a bit more temp.
