The more a consultant starts recognising where the most value comes from in their time and the more they start jotting down and practicing, "OK, this is a great task for somebody else, because I'm now elevating and getting better and using my time for more valuable items." The more that awareness kicks in and then the more you get the shift in the culture where people value their time and they weigh up every single thing they do in a day and how many times they do it in a day and how easy it is to offload that. And if you think about the set up of pushing that, you know, and building a process and pushing that out to an outsource head very similar to the next stage of that, which is building of the process perfectly. So you can automate it, right? And so t's almost a great stage. And if you look at our people in the Philippines too, we've been driving automation. Not as this is a fear factor. It could replace your job, but this allows you to grow.
