Speakers: Jarrett Haas, Head Honcho, See Jarrett Studios
What is the name of your business and what products or services do you provide?
Jarrett Haas: Hey, my name is Jarrett and I run See Jarrett Studios. We are a freelance video and photo studio, and we take care of branding for all of our clients, we take care of marketing, we make sure that you basically look good to your customers. Our job is to take your story and tell it to everyone who cares about you in the best way.
What makes your business, brand, product or services unique?
Jarrett Haas: Our business is pretty unique because we can kind of be a one-stop-shop for all sorts of marketing and out-facing visual and even audio materials. If you want to run a podcast, we can do that. If you want to record a jingle or a song, we can do that. We can do portraits right here in the studio. We can come to you- we can do photo sessions out in the field. We can do videos, obviously in the studio, or we can come to your business and help you come up with a video explaining who you are and why you do what you do. And instead of having to go to five different places to get all of those services, we can do all of that right here at See Jarrett Studios.
What challenges was your business facing that led you to partner with AnswerFirst?
Jarrett Haas: This past year we ran into a really awesome challenge and that's that I had a hard time keeping up with all of the admin. Um It's just me, other than subcontractors I use for jobs, and I was getting a lot of phone calls and emails and I was just having a hard time keeping up with everything. I looked for a solution, I found AnswerFirst and after talking with them, it seemed like a no-brainer that they could help me kind of enjoy my day a lot more because I'm not constantly worried about communicating, but ultimately they can help me bring my business to the next level.
Why did those challenges lead you to AnswerFirst? Is there something unique about us? (e.g. our pricing, abilities or reputation, etc.)
Jarrett Haas: I'm very happy that I found AnswerFirst. It was a great fit because of the pricing structure. I don't have to worry about hitting any sort of minimum threshold. If I have a small amount of calls then I won't be billed as much, and if I have a really busy week or month then it totally makes makes sense because I'm not having to keep track of those calls, I get charged appropriately- it's not like a flat-fee. So that was really attractive to me, and also the reputation for AnswerFirst is second to none. I did a lot of research on Google and I found a ton of reviews that we're all extremely positive. And then after meeting with everybody, I could see why. It's a super cool company, everyone there seems to really care about what I'm doing and that means a lot to me.
Do you recall a situation when AnswerFirst helped your business?
Jarrett Haas: AnswerFirst has helped my business a ton because my communication between myself and my customers has gotten way better. That's one of the things that might feel counterintuitive when you're outsourcing your customer service. Yeah, of course, you know, "it's not going to be as good because it's not me", but it's so much more timely and they respond exactly how I want them to, so my customer service didn't go down, it went way up, and that's totally because of AnswerFirst.
