Heather Reichel: Hi, my name is Heather Reichel and I'm an assistant in the surgery department of a veterinary hospital.
Heather Reichel: The reasons why I decided to join the ABC program was mainly not having to go anywhere, being able to do it online is very convenient for me. Also, being able to work at your own pace and not having to worry about consistent schedules. Also helps me a lot. I'm a mother and I work full time and I have to be able to do things when the house is quiet and when I have the time to be able to study. And so that was the number one factor for me. I am currently on my fourth program with ABC. I am thoroughly enjoying the vet assistant program right now. It's been fantastic and I never would have thought that being a Certified Dog Trainer actually doing that program, there's quite a bit that I learned there that I'm utilizing now in the vet assistant program. So I never thought that so many things would go hand in hand, but it really does. So I feel grateful that I took that course first and have the extra knowledge that I gained there to be able to utilize in this program now. And I'm sure I'll do another one and I'm done with this one because I am really wanting to do every single one there to benefit my career.
Heather Reichel: My favorite part of the Animal Behavior College is probably all of my certifications. It really does help if animals are your life and they certainly are mine. And in the courses I've taken that I'm able to list under myself as a dog trainer, nutritionist and then soon as a Certified Vet Assistant, it just goes better for your career and people truly believe that you know what you're doing and you know what you're talking about versus just learning yourself. And you might miss some things and with all the programs I've taken, it has just made people feel a lot more confident in what I'm doing. And then, besides that alone, just having all of the help. I mean, the help that I need in starting any career that I would want doing any job that I would want. You have all the help you would need just at your log in. And it's impressive to me that you are able to get so much information and get so much help for any program that you decide to do and they're there from start to finish always.
