Your Name, what brought you to Regis?
Austin Vaught: My name is Austin Vaught, and what brought me to Regis is, I just felt like the Lord was giving me an opportunity to play college baseball and Regis was a door that was open for me, and, um, so, yeah, that's what brought me here.
Chose a word to describe yourself. (e.g., innovator, leader, immigrant, etc.) Why did you choose this word?
Austin Vaught: If I had to choose one word to describe myself, I would say diligent. Um, I feel like if I encounter a problem I can't solve, that, there's not much that can stop me from trying to solve it, and be as creative as possible when I try to solve it.
How does that word fit with your experience at Anderson College of Business and Computing?
Austin Vaught: I feel like diligent fits in to my experience at the Anderson College of Business, because it's, uh, the, the Anderson College challenges was challenging for me. Um, and it challenged me in a good way, where it forced me to be diligent and, uh, solve problems creatively, and to really push myself, um, intellectually, and, and work ethic wise, so, um it forced me to be diligent, help me build that type of, part of my character.
