Your Name, what brought you to Regis?
Ariana Ybarra: Hello, my name is Ariana Ybarra. What brought me to Regis University was the women's softball program, which helped introduce me to everything Regis has to offer for both academics and athletics.
Chose a word to describe yourself. (e.g., innovator, leader, immigrant, etc.) Why did you choose this word?
Ariana Ybarra: One word that I would use to describe myself is adventurous, because I'm always open to trying new things and seeing what life has to offer wherever I go. I'm not originally from Colorado, so coming from Austin, Texas, where I've lived my whole life and just being this far from home, is just a really big step for me in the right direction, I feel.
How does that word fit with your experience at Anderson College of Business and Computing?
Ariana Ybarra: This word fits with my experience at Anderson College of Business and Computing, because being adventurous has allowed me to open up and find the degree that I wanted to pursue, which is business finance, and I wouldn't have been able to find that if I wasn't willing to try new things and go into a different direction.
