Your Name, what brought you to Regis?
Matt Lautz: My name is Matt Lautz, and I came to the Anderson School of Business for coaching opportunity, as well as to get my master's degree in organizational leadership.
Chose a word to describe yourself. (e.g., innovator, leader, immigrant, etc.) Why did you choose this word?
Matt Lautz: One word that would describe myself would be, uh, charismatic. Um, every day I feel like I bring a good attitude, um, and I try not to dwell on the negative and always try and look at the positives, positives in life.
How does that word fit with your experience at Anderson College of Business and Computing?
Matt Lautz: Being charismatic has helped my experience at the Anderson College of Business and Computing, because I had a great relationship with my teachers and classmates. During group projects, I was able to work well with others as well as, uh, find opportunities to learn and better myself in the school.
