You're the backbone of our team always ensuring everything runs smoothly. I'm so grateful for your assistance, your patience and your ever present readiness to lend a hand. So here's to you, Rebecca. TaraLeigh Masterson: Hey Rebecca, Happy Administrative Assistant Day. We are so lucky to have you on the team supporting us every day. And not only do you do that with a sense of urgency, but with a lot of fun and humor, which is kind of refreshing because we can be kind of a serious group sometimes. But also just wanted to say thank you for all you do to take care of us. And you're incredibly thoughtful when we're on our off sites, making sure that everyone has what they need, me and all my crazy dietary restrictions. I mean, I just, with everything else you have going on, to be that thoughtful, it just shows a lot about who you are as a person and just wanted to say thank you. We're so lucky to have you. Um It's a pleasure to work with you and I hope you enjoy your special day.

You do so much for us and I can't imagine this place without you. Rebecca, Happy Administrative Professionals Day and thank you for all you do to support me and the entire Americas Commercial Services team. I can tell you I would not be effective without your support and my life, particularly my work life, would be a disaster. You provide incredible support to me. And like I said, our entire team. To be more specific, you are proactive and thoughtful. You've worked and made immense improvements for me personally, in my work life by focusing on giving me time to think, ensuring I always have time to eat throughout the day and managing all the demands coming into my calendar. You've done an incredible job. You have helped to plan and execute so many effective, really fun, productive team meetings. And you've been instrumental in many of our team member engagement activities, and improving recognition across our team, particularly helping to make our leadership team feel special. The secret will be out if they see this video. But all the birthday gifts, all the, all the holiday gifts, all of those kinds of things are not possible without you and they matter. They make a big, big difference. And as you know, I'm a firm believer that culture drives performance. You're an integral part to our team's culture.
