We want to hear about your participation in a non degree education program and the impact that that's had on your life. We're creating this video challenge to help students in high school or even younger. Learn about your journey on choosing your pathway to a career. This prompt is focused on how you communicated the skills you gained through choosing a path other than college to an employer. And there are four specific things we'd like you to address. One. How do you describe your skills and abilities to potential employers? Two was the hiring company aware of the non degree program that you pursued? Three. How long was your job search? And four, what barriers did you face in applying for a position? For example, we know that many hr systems are set to input colleges or degrees and not necessarily credentials. So there may have been some obstacles in the application process.
