Gala Magriñá: Hi, I'm Gala Mna, principal and founder of Gala Merina Design, a holistic interior design agency based in New York City.
Gala Magriñá: So this year I get to do two talks, one by myself, an intro to holistic interior design. It's gonna be a pop-up workshop and actually the audience is gonna get to decide what I talk about. Um The second one is a panel with my friends from well designed and we're gonna be talking about how our own personal wellness influences how we are and um what we're able to create as interior designers.
Gala Magriñá: I'm most excited just about coming together and meeting other interior designers from across the United States. Um There's so much power in sharing our journeys, our stories, our strategies and learning from one another.
Gala Magriñá: As interior designers, a lot of us are solo preneurs or have small teams and there is nothing better than stopping your everyday life and routines and diving into a sort of conference um coming together, I should say of peers in your industry because you can learn so much. Um and you can come back really inspired and also just feel less alone and more supported.
