Nicole Albright: The AOA Leadership Institute has helped me from both a professional and a personal standpoint. Personally, it has helped me realize how to communicate a little bit better with people who have personalities different than my own. From a professional standpoint, it has really widened my network of docs that I know around the country and it's always great to have those resources to tap into.

Empowering you to be your best self, empowering you, to work harder on yourself, empowering you to make connections with those in your community so that you can help others as time goes on.
