Devin Sasser: Being a part of the Leadership Institute 1.0 and 2.0 program has allowed me to grow professionally in a couple of different ways. Number one, it has allowed me to be plugged back into the AOA volunteer structure as a member of the Leadership Development Committee. And number two, it has allowed me to create a network of colleagues who are just as passionate about leadership as I am. And it's been a great experience throughout.
Devin Sasser: One word that I would use to describe my experience within the Leadership Institute is "opportunity." The Institute gave me an opportunity to learn who I was as a leader and decide ways in which I could effectively use that skillset that I'd naturally have to better the profession. So great opportunity.
