Hello, I'm Larry Lauck, president and CEO of the American Lighting Association. A couple of weeks ago during Lightovation in Dallas, we announced ALA reimagined. ALA reimagined features a series of new initiatives that we've never had before. For example, a group health plan insurance already saving thousands of dollars for our members. A series of new member forums that will be conducted live beginning in March, addressing such timely topics that you want to hear and talk about with expert speakers. We'll be introducing a new ALA training manual. We'll be introducing tracks that you can take during the ALA conference as well as rolling out for the 18th year Traditional Home's Lighting magazine.
