Speaker: Elsie Koh

Welcome to our practice!

Elsie Koh : Hello there, my name is Dr Elsie Koh I'm an interventional radiologist who's been in practice for close to 20 years now. And I welcome you to our practice at American Endovascular. And we look forward to seeing you in our offices where we have very dedicated, very sophisticated physicians we've recruited to help you and what you need to get back on your feet and and do what needs to be done to live a better life. So I look forward to hearing from you. We will meet you, we'll talk about your issues and we'll talk about the solutions that we can come up together and answer any questions that you have so that you feel comfortable knowing that we are here for you and that you come to the right place. Welcome. Look forward to seeing you. Bye.

What should the patient experience during a consultation for any of our services?

Elsie Koh : what you should expect from coming to one of our centers is meeting the nurse practitioner or physician when you come here and really talk about the type of procedures that are needed and what kind of things that we do for helping you with the problem that you're dealing with. And we go through all the different options because we want to make sure that you make an informed consent on what you want for your own body and I'll let you know the latest research that's out there to make sure you know that you're going to get the most up to date medical treatment necessary in the most minimally invasive way. What we do is very different from what they do in the hospital. We do same day treatments, we make sure we're very dedicated in what we do. So it's not jack of all trades. It's very specific to the treatment that you need. So you, you're comforted in knowing that the entire staff, not just the physicians, not just the nurse, not just the front desk people, the scrub tech, the people who are the ancillary staff that we have. We're all here for you and dedicated and trained to do what is needed to help you. So we look forward to seeing you. Thank you

Why is it important that the patient comes in for a consultation?

Elsie Koh : So it's really important that you come in for a consultation to meet us to help really just answer any questions that you might have, you might have done some internet research and you might have spoken to somebody before but to really just become knowledgeable about what's going on in your body and what are the different alternatives out there that you might not be taught by even you're a primary care provider or even your OBGYN Or your foot doctor. We are very specified vascular doctors and that's what we're really good at. And for you to understand and really help you feel more confident in making the right decisions. Even if you don't end up having a procedure, even if you decide an alternative mode of therapy, that's fine. So it's really important for you to get educated and for us to meet you to help you come up with a plan so that you can live a better life alright? And get the the best treatment out there with the least amount of pain and least amount of downtime so that you can really just improve the way you're living
