Junghwa Park: Hi, everyone, my name is Junghwa Park and I am a PhD candidate at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. I am honored to have participated in the 2024 ACCP Leadership Development program over the past six months. This experience that has been truly transformative, providing me with valuable insights and strategies that have greatly influenced my personal growth and leadership abilities. Through enriching discussions with training coaches and fellow ACCP participants, I have come to understand the importance of self awareness, effective communication and team building. And I believe these skills are crucial for creating a supportive and inclusive environment which is essential in any leadership role. Overall, this program has broadened my understanding of leadership and prepared me to embrace future leadership roles with confidence. And I'm deeply grateful for to ACCP for providing this incredible opportunity. I look forward to applying these skills in the future and I hope to give back to our community by sharing what I have learned. Thank you.
