Please, introduce yourself, tell us what your experience in the program was like & how it has prepared you to lead in the future.
Daisy Zhu: My name is Daisy Zhu and I'm a clinical pharmacologist in the Immunology and Inflammation space at Pfizer. I felt incredibly lucky to be part of the 2023 ACCP Leadership Development Program. Through this past six or seven months, I have not only learned a whole lot about myself in terms of what my true strengths are, but also, I've gained a variety of different tools to be put in my toolbox that I can use to further leverage my strengths at my workplace so that I can be a better leader, a better team player, a better scientist or a better person in general. So I'm incredibly grateful to be part of this process and I'm excited to continue practicing these skill sets in my future work.
