Hi, everyone. My name is Yi Ting Lien and I'm currently serving as a senior scientist in a clinical Pharmacology modeling and simulation department at Genetech. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to ACCP for granting me this invaluable opportunity. The journey I embark upon by joining the ACCP Leadership Development program has profoundly shaped both my professional and personal life enrolling in this program has been the turning point for me equipping me with a remarkable powerful set of conceptual and practical tools. One of the aspects I cherish most is that this program doesn't solely emphasize a conceptual framework. It also devolves into mindset shifts and psychology concepts. I now foster a deeper understanding of relationship beliefs and purpose and have learned how to harmoniously integrate this element, leading to a more holistic approach to leadership. This insight has empowered me to become a more effective and impactful leader. What struck me as most is the noticeable report effect, not only did my own performance improve, but I also witnessed a tangible positive influence on my teammates. Our alignment on priorities became more pronounced communication improved, and collaboration become more fruitful. Such transformation are particularly vital for clinical pharmacologists like myself who frequently engage in cross functioning teamwork. The beauty of this experience lies to its enduring impact. It doesn't conclude with the program's ending. I am committed to continuously apply this new found insight, diligently striving for continuous improvement each day. In closing, I like to extend my heartfelt appreciation once again to ACCP for providing me this life altering opportunity and the lessons I've learned and the growth I've experienced will undoubtedly guide me on a path of leadership excellence as I forge ahead.
