I think leadership is important, and ALI helps develop leadership. The more experience and the more education we get on leadership enhances our ability to really serve well. We need to be examples for the next generations of orthopaedic surgeons. Because it gives each one an opportunity to be more involved with the Academy and bring their contributions.
