Kenneth W Dion: Hello, my name is Ken Dion and I'm the president of Sigma, the International Honor Society of Nursing.
In a few sentences, what will you be speaking about at the 2023 GNSA Conference?
Kenneth W Dion: I look forward to addressing the GNSA conference. I'm going to be speaking about the importance of nurses being in, fluent in economics, technology and conservation. If we are going to advance the nursing agenda globally.
What are you most looking forward to at the 2023 GNSA Conference?
Kenneth W Dion: I'm looking forward to hearing from the future leaders of nursing about what they see as the priorities facing the nursing profession in the coming years.
What advice do you have for graduate nursing students as they get ready to step into the next phase of their nursing career.
Kenneth W Dion: Besides becoming fluent in economics, technology and conservation. I think one of the most important pieces of advice that I can give to graduating nursing students is to have a good mentor. A mentor is really essential in you having a successful nursing career.
