My leadership style is consensus. And I like to get a broad sampling of opinion from everybody in the group. I'm someone who takes opinions around the room and able to congeal them together. My goal is to allow members of the team to contribute. I lead by example. So I wouldn't want anybody to do something that I'm not willing to do by myself.
