I've been using ALN for about two years now and it has absolutely changed my days. I'm primarily a route runner out hitting accounts all day, every day and it has saved me literally hundreds of hours. Normally that would be spent on research. trying to find accounts, trying to figure out who the manager is trying to find out who the regional manager is. I get to walk into accounts with the manager name where I'm not saying, hey, can I speak to who's in charge? I say hi. Can I speak to you know, Stacy Roebuck or, you know, Matt Lamb? It has again changed the way I do my job. It makes it a lot easier where I'm not chasing stuff down. It's right there. The mobile app is fantastic. It's integration with mapping systems is amazing. If I say a route gets broken, I'm running a route for, let's say Greystar. and I find out that they're all in a company meeting that day. My day is not shot. I can just say 20 closest properties and boom, I've got another route right there. Customer service has been amazing, say a manager has changed and they didn't know about it. I walk out, take a picture of the card, send it to them and they update it. Yeah, it's a fantastic tool. I recommend it to anybody who is out there hitting accounts. Thanks, ALN!
