Natalie Duke: Hi, I'm Natalie Duke and I'm the Market Manager for Reliant Energy and I am a huge fan of ALN! It has helped me so much over the years from managing a sales team and helping them be efficient in their territory management. Understanding change of ownership, change in management. Just, you know, this business changes hands so periodically and you guys what you having the callers calling constantly updating it constently. It just, I can't even put, I could not even put a figure on how much it saved us over here, just efficiency-wise over the years. And I love apartment ALN. I always have to call it a ALN Data because that's what it is to me. I love it because of the people and we're all in a relationship business and then you buy from people you like to trust and I love everyone at ALN and they're family to me. But not only is it personal, it's business and they take care of business and they make sure that they answer your emails timely. They, they really just care, they contribute to the industry, they care about their employers, they care about their employees, the people in the industry and that's what I'm about as well and to others that are not using ALN, they need to look into it. I know there's a lot of services out there and I've stayed true to ALN for 25 years and there's a reason for that and it's just something that automatically does in my budget every year. I don't even think about it because it's part of my business plan.
