Please introduce yourself, and tell us a little about how ALN Apartment Data has helped you do your job successfully.
Matt Cummings and Kerri Silver: Hi, I'm Carrie Silver, senior Vice president of Sales for Interior Logic Group. I'm here with Matt Cummings, who's our Sales Manager from the State of Texas. And we're here to tell you why we love ALN. We use it a different couple different ways within our organization. Matt's team, use it one way and he'll speak to that and I use it kind of a different way. I do national sales with my team. The thing that's most effective for me is I can look up a customer and match their footprint to ours and get a very quick listing of the contacts, all the communities. We use that information a lot when we're on boarding new customers and we need customer lists and manager names. And it is just, you know, I can pull up management companies from 5000 units or above. You name it, owner, managers, fee managers. It's just, it's simple. It's like using an Amazon shopping cart. There's nothing too cumbersome about it. It's just fabulous. The fact that you guys gather so much data and it's as up to date as it is, is a small miracle, in my opinion. And Matt will talk a little bit about how he manages his team and how they use it. Sure. Yeah, I mean, I have an ALN focused meeting with my team just about once a month. It really kind of allows us to really structure our days and our weeks a little bit more efficiently, kind of minimize window time we're able to go in see properties, figure out what the closest properties are around them. Kind of tailor our game plan and our plan of attack to be able to hit areas and then of course, be able to do research on top of that, we're able to dig deep, see these properties and see who the points of contact are going to be. And really again, tailor our, our offense to be able to go out and get business. So, you know, especially if I'm, I'm kind of selling ALN to anybody else. It's the variety that ALN gives you the utility that it gives you as sales professionals to be able to work within the multifamily space and, and really be a useful tool in our day to day lives. I can't speak highly enough about it. I would recommend to anyone that wants to be successful in this industry.
