Please introduce yourself, and tell us a little about how ALN Apartment Data has helped you do your job successfully.
Becca Brown: Hi, I'm Becca Brown. I work with InterSolutions. I want to tell you a little bit why I love ALN so much. Hands down the team behind the scenes is top notch. Customer service is quick to respond. I do use both products, Vendor Edge Plus and Compass. I typically use more Compass these days than the Vendor Edge Plus. What I like about Compass is I can see a birds eye level of an entire management company where their assets are located and see different markets that they're in. I also like Vendor Edge Plus because I would use the mobile version and I could actually make notes for the property while I was there. So a few weeks later when I return, I could see what my visit was about and it's all right there. I don't have to toggle between two different things. I also love the fact that I can do my routing and I can add things in between the routing. It texts the route to me. So I don't have to again, toggle back and forth between different apps and different things on my phone. It's all in one central location. It's easy to find and locate. Um, I use ALN at, at least once a day, if not 100 times a day. I love having the mobile version. I probably use that when I'm, well, I do use that when I'm out in the field. and not behind the desk, but again, having everything right there at my fingertips as I'm traveling through the city is a huge benefit. I think you should also use ALN because it makes life a whole lot easier. Thank you for everything you do. Bye.
