What was your background before joining Align and how did Align Academy help you learn?
Ryan Rajakulam: So before starting with Align, I was actually a financial advisor with a retail bank. And in that environment I didn't really get a chance to learn a lot about payroll or human resources. But through Align Academy, I am surprised at the amount of information that I have learned in such a small amount of time with their well guided training structure and layout of their training and most of all the outstanding coaches and leaders that have helped me throughout this entire training, I was able to absorb so much information and within two months I am super excited to jump onto a project and can't wait to meet my first client. And I have to thank Align for that. So thank you for giving us this amazing course. An amazing chance to learn so much.
How much personal attention and coaching did you receive in Align Academy?
Ryan Rajakulam: Started with Align. I honestly feel like I'm the only person that was hired just because of all the attention and the love that this team and all of the Aligners have shown me especially through all my training, The people I've met and learned from are the most amazing group of people and the most tenured coaches that know everything there is to know about the amazing products that line has for us and it's been super easy to learn with this guidance that these coaches have provided me with and I still can't think of a time where I felt that I was lost and that I didn't know where to go to to answer a question because there's always someone there to support you throughout the entire way and there's always someone to go to whenever you're in doubt. So thank you for the amazing coaches and all the attention that I received in my time here.
What stands out to you about the culture at Align?
Ryan Rajakulam: The culture of the line is honestly like family. There's always someone to talk to, whether it's job related or not. And the people here just make you feel like you're at home and always having celebrations for whenever Aligners deserve it. Having dinners and lunches where we get to bond and actually feel like we're a part of something. And this team has honestly been so great to me, and I can't wait to see what more Align has to offer for me.
Would you recommend Align to a friend?
Ryan Rajakulam: Honestly, ever since I started with this company, I have been recommending it to everyone that I know and there is so much to say about this company that I'd be surprised who would say no not to work here. So yes, I would recommend this job and this company to anyone that I know just because of the amazing environment and the amazing people that this company has and all the opportunity this company has. So yes, I would recommend Align to family and friends.
